Clients are encouraged to review the applicable policies before booking an appointment, purchasing a product or participating in a promotion.

RESERVE YOUR EXPERIENCE

Booking, Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Every appointment reserves dedicated time specifically for your service. Please review the policies below before reserving your experience.

$50 Booking Fee

A $50 non-refundable booking fee is required to secure every appointment.

Booking fees are non-refundable if the client cancels the appointment, regardless of when the cancellation occurs.

24 Hours’ Notice

Required to transfer your booking fee once.

15-Minute Grace Period

Available when the schedule permits.

Appointment Booking

All appointments must be booked in advance through our online booking system. Your appointment is confirmed when you receive a confirmation email or message.

Rescheduling

With at least 24 hours’ notice, you may reschedule one time and transfer your booking fee. Additional changes require a new booking fee.

Late & Same-Day Cancellations

Cancellations with

Same-day cancellations result in forfeiture of the booking fee.

The booking fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.

A new booking fee will be required to reserve another appointment.

Late Arrivals

A grace period of up to 15 minutes may be available. If your service cannot be completed, the appointment may be treated as a late cancellation.

Non-Refundable Booking Fee

$50 is required to secure your appointment and is applied to the balance when you attend. It is non-refundable if you cancel.

Cancellations

Clients may cancel an appointment with at least 24 hours' notice without an additional cancellation charge.

However, the $50 booking fee remains non-refundable.

Clients who prefer to reschedule instead may transfer the booking fee one time in accordance with the rescheduling policy above.

No-Shows

No-shows forfeit the booking fee and require a new fee before another appointment can be scheduled.

Service Changes

Significant same-day service changes may not be possible. Upgraded services are charged at the current price.

Appointments Canceled by Yaru Curls

You may transfer your full booking fee to a new appointment or request a refund.

1. Customer Appreciation Rewards

Rewards may include special offers, early access and exclusive perks. Offers are subject to change and may not be combined.

3. Service Promotions & Discounts

Promotions apply only to qualifying services and cannot be combined with other offers.

5. Giveaway Entry

One entry per person per giveaway unless otherwise stated. Entries must be received by the stated deadline.

7. Winner Selection

Winners are chosen at random from all eligible entries.

9. Service Prizes

Service prizes must be redeemed within 90 days and are subject to availability. Not transferable.

11. No Cash Alternative

Prizes and rewards have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or other services unless stated otherwise.

13. Social Media Disclaimer

Promotions are not sponsored, endorsed or administered by Instagram, Facebook, TikTok or any other social media platform.

15. General Restrictions

Promotions are subject to change, suspension or cancellation at any time without notice.

6. Giveaway Eligibility

Open to U.S. residents, 18+ unless otherwise specified. Employees and immediate family are not eligible.

8. Winner Notification

Winners will be contacted via the platform used for entry. If a winner does not respond within 7 days, a new winner may be selected.

10. Product Prizes

Product prizes must be claimed within 14 days of notification. Items may vary based on availability.

12. Fraud & Manipulation

Any attempt to tamper with the entry process or provide false information will result in disqualification.

14. Promotional Errors

We reserve the right to correct any errors, misprints or inaccuracies in promotional materials at any time.

18. Applicable Law

These promotions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

These guidelines help us provide a safe, comfortable and personalized experience for every client.

Client Intake & Consent Forms

All clients must complete intake and consent forms before their appointment. This helps us provide the safest and most personalized service for your needs.

Detangling Policy

We detangle with care to protect the health of your curls. Severely matted hair may require additional time or a different service.

Pricing & Service Adjustments

Prices are subject to change. We will always communicate any adjustments before your service begins.

Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse service if a client’s behavior is unsafe, disruptive or disrespectful to our team or other guests.

Children’s Services

Children’s services are designed for ages 12 and under and require a parent or guardian to be present throughout the appointment.

Refund Policy

Services are non-refundable. Please review our cancellation policy. Product returns are covered under our return policy.

Health & Safety Disclosure

We follow strict sanitation practices. Please let us know about any allergies, sensitivities or medical conditions before your service.

Product Return & Exchange Policy

3. Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will make it right.

5. Products Recommended During a Service

All product recommendations are based on your hair’s unique needs. We’re happy to help you find the best fit.

Products recommended by Yaru Curls remain subject to the All Product Sales Are Final policy.

7. Final Sale Items

Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

ALL PRODUCT SALES ARE FINAL.

Yaru Curls does not accept returns or exchanges on retail products.

This policy applies to both opened and unopened products.

Retail products are:

4. Product Performance

Individual product results may vary based on factors including hair type, curl pattern, porosity, density, previous treatments, styling technique, environmental conditions, product usage, and consistency.

Personal preference, fragrance preference, texture preference, individual hair response, or dissatisfaction with product performance does not make a product defective and does not qualify the product for a return, refund, or exchange.

6. Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
